Profa. Dra. Yeda Aparecida de Oliveira Duarte

Possui graduação em Enfermagem pela Escola de Enfermagem da USP (1982), mestrado em Mestrado em Enfermagem pela Escola de Enfermagem - USP (1996) e doutorado em Doutorado em Enfermagem pela Escola de Enfermagem - USP (2001) na área de Gerontologia. Pós Doutorado em Epidemiologia pela Faculdade de Saúde Pública da USP com estágio no Sealy Center on Ageing - University of Texas Brunch (2005). Atualmente é Professora Associada (MS5) da Escola de Enfermagem e da Faculdade de Saúde Pública da USP. É Coordenadora do Estudo SABE, estudo longitudinal de múltiplas coortes sobre as condições de vida e saúde dos idosos residentes no Município de São Paulo, pesquisa temática FAPESP com 22 anos de existência. É coordenadora de Núcleo de Pesquisa USP - NAPSABE desde 2012. Coordenou o Inquérito Nacional de Instituições de Longa Permanência vinculadas ao SUAS (2015-2019). Responsável pela criação do primeiro curso de Bacharelado em Gerontologia sediado na Escola de Artes, Ciências e Humanidade (EACH) USP (2005). Membro executiva do canal YouTube @oquerolanageronto e do grupo @velhicescidadas. Tem experiência na área de Geriatria e Gerontologia, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: idosos, estudo SABE, envelhecimento, famílias, cuidadores, assistência domiciliária.

She has been coordinator of the USP-NAPSABE Research Center since 2012. She coordinated the National Survey of Long-Stay Institutions linked to SUAS (2015-2019). Responsible for creating the first Bachelor's Degree in Gerontology at the School of Arts, Sciences and Humanity (EACH) USP (2005). Executive member of the YouTube channel @oquerolanageronto and the group @velhicescidadas. She has experience in the field of Geriatrics and Gerontology, working mainly on the following topics: elderly, SABE study, aging, families, caregivers, home care.
