Lutiane Novakowski

Doctoral student in Education at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. She holds a Master's in Education from the Lutheran University of Brazil (2017). She is a Specialist in Educational Management by UFRGS (2019) and Teaching in Early Childhood Education by UFRGS (2014). She holds a degree in Pedagogy from the Lutheran University of Brazil (2011). She worked as a teacher in Basic Education (Child Education / Elementary School) in the municipal education networks of Esteio, Canoas and Porto Alegre. She was Pedagogical Coordinator in Early Childhood Education in the municipality of Canoas and Technical Advisor for Early Childhood Education at the Municipal Secretary of Porto Alegre. She served as a member of the Management Committee / supervisor / technical coordinator in public policies for early childhood (Primeira Infância Melhor-PIM and Criança Feliz Program-PCF) in the municipalities of Canoas and Porto Alegre. From 2021 to 2022, she served as a member of the strategic nucleus of the municipality of Canoas along with the URBAN95 Network. He was a member of the national team of field applicators of the research entitled National Study of Quality Assessment of Early Childhood Education, carried out by the partnership between the Maria Cecília Souto Vidigal Foundation (FMCSV) and the Laboratory of Studies and Research in Social Economy at the University of São Paulo (LEPES-USP). Interested in studies and research related to early childhood, early childhood education, teacher training, educational management, public policies for early childhood.

Doutoranda em Educação na Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul. Possui mestrado em Educação pela Universidade Luterana do Brasil (2017). É Especialista em Gestão Educacional pela UFRGS (2019) e Docência na Educação Infantil pela UFRGS (2014). Possui graduação em Pedagogia pela Universidade Luterana do Brasil (2011). Atuou como professora na Educação Básica (Educação Infantil/Ensino Fundamental) nas Redes municipais de ensino de Esteio, Canoas e Porto Alegre. Foi Coordenadora Pedagógica na Educação Infantil no município de Canoas e Assessora Técnica da Educação Infantil na Secretária Municipal de Porto Alegre. Atuou como membro do Comitê Gestor/supervisora/coordenadora técnica em políticas públicas para a primeira infância (Primeira Infância Melhor-PIM e Programa Criança Feliz-PCF) nos municípios de Canoas e Porto Alegre. De 2021 a 2022, atuou como membro do núcleo estratégico do município de Canoas junto à Rede URBAN95. Foi integrante da equipe nacional de aplicadores de campo da pesquisa intitulada Estudo Nacional de Avaliação da Qualidade da Educação Infantil, realizada pela parceria entre a Fundação Maria Cecília Souto Vidigal (FMCSV) e o Laboratório de Estudos e Pesquisas em Economia Social da Universidade de São Paulo (LEPES-USP).Tem interesse em estudos e pesquisas relacionadas às temáticas primeira infância, educação infantil, formação docente, gestão educacional, políticas públicas para a primeira infância.
