Doutoranda em Informação e Comunicação em Saúde no Instituto de Comunicação e Informação Científica e Tecnológica em Saúde (PPGCIS/ICICT) na Fundação Oswaldo Cruz (Fiocruz). Mestra em Comunicação na Universidade Federal do Piauí (UFPI) através da Linha de Pesquisa de Processos e Práticas em Jornalismo e bacharela em Comunicação com habilitação em Jornalismo na mesma instituição. Integra o Núcleo de Pesquisa em Jornalismo e Comunicação (NUJOC/UFPI) e o Núcleo de Estudos em Comunicação, História e Saúde (NECHS). Desenvolve pesquisas nos temas de: saúde mental, loucura, gênero e processos comunicacionais.

PhD student in Health Information and Communication at the Institute of Communication and Scientific and Technological Information in Health (ICICT) at the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation (Fiocruz). Master in Communication at the Federal University of Piauí (UFPI) through the Research Line of Processes and Practices in Journalism and Bachelor in Communication with a degree in Journalism at the same institution. She is a member of the Center for Research in Journalism and Communication (NUJOC) and the Center for Journalism, Media, History and Power (JOMIHIP), both at the Federal University of Piauí. Volunteer in the collectives Não é Não Piauí and Salve Rainha Café Supernatural. Develops research in the field of mental health, madness, communicational and historiographic processes and journalistic practices in Piauí.
