Post-graduated in Environmental Expertise and Auditing and Didactics of Higher Education (Brazil, 1994). Graduated in Architecture and Urbanism (Brazil, 1990). In BRAZIL he worked in the team for the Coordination and Supervision of Favela Bairro Projects and Regularization of Allotments, in the Special Secretariat for Special Projects of the Municipal Housing Secretariat, City of Rio de Janeiro, aiming at urbanization and integration in the formal city of Rio's favelas of January. The company promotes the National Property Test (NPT). He has integrated research project teams and participated in national and international scientific events. The scientific work developed gave rise to the publication of articles in conference proceedings with the evaluation of referees in several countries in addition to Brazil, Portugal, Turkey and Canada. She has been an adviser and member of academic juries, as well as a commentator / consultant in the media: newspapers, radio and TV. She is a Visiting Professor at the Graduate Institute - IPOG, in the Sustainable Urban Planning MBA. Professora convidada do Instituto de Pós-Graduação - IPOG, no MBA Planejamento Urbano Sustentável. Professora Doutora colaboradora na Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo, na disciplina de Urbanismo (durante o Pós Doutorado PPGAU). Professora Doutora na Católica de Vitória nas disciplinas de Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso; Ateliê de Projetos; Tecnologia das Construções; Paisagismo e Planejamento Urbano e Regional. Em PORTUGAL desempenhou as funções de Coordenação Pedagógica e Docência da Turma de Construção Civil no ensino profissional, Formadora/e-formadora, colaborando em Projetos para o Desenvolvimento da Igualdade de Gênero e da Responsabilidade Social nas organizações. Desde 2010 é membro colaborador no Centro de Investigação de Arquitetura, Urbanismo e Design da Faculdade de Arquitetura da Universidade de Lisboa - CIAUD/FA-ULisboa. Na IRLANDA atuou junto a empresa INSPEX, em processos de inspeção/fiscalização do setor privado (PRS), em relação aos regulamentos governamentais de aluguel e construção. A empresa promove o National Property Test (NPT). Tem integrado equipes de projetos de investigação e participado em eventos científicos nacionais e internacionais. Os trabalhos científicos desenvolvidos deram lugar a publicações de artigos em atas de congressos com avaliação de pareceristas em vários países além do Brasil, Portugal, Turquia e Canadá. Tem exercido funções de orientação e membro de júris acadêmicos, além de comentadora/consultora nos meios de comunicação social: jornais, rádio e TV. É autora dos livros publicados: Segurança Urbana, a Arquitetura ao Serviço da Diversidade: Olhares paralelos entre Portugal e o Brasil (2015); Arquitectura derrubando Fronteiras (2011) e de capítulo do livro coordenado por Ramos (2014) Metodologias e Métodos em Arquitetura, Urbanismo e Design.
