PhD in Public Law (Université de Montpellier, France - 2011); Master's degree in International Relations Law (Uniceub, Brasília, 2006).Public servant at the Supreme Court of Brazil having been Chief Advisor for International Affairs of the Supreme Court, Law Clerk to Judges of the Court, Head of Strategic Planning and Chief of Staff of the Secretary General of the Supreme Court. Researcher in the field of the mutual influences between constitutional and international law.

Possui DOUTORADO em DIREITO PÚBLICO pela Université Montpellier 1, França (2011) e Mestrado em Direito das Relações Internacionais pelo UNICEUB, (2006). Servidor de carreira do SUPREMO TRIBUNAL FEDERAL já assumiu diversas posições, dentre elas Assessor-Chefe de Assuntos Internacionais, Assesor de Ministro, Chefe de Gabinete do Secretário-Geral da Presidência e Assessor-Chefe de Gestão Estratégica. Pesquisador na área de intesecção entre o direito constitucional e o direito internacional.
