Lecturer at the Business School of the Federal University of Bahia. I hold a Public Administration and Government PhD from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, with a 6-month visiting period at the Latin America and Caribbean Centre of the London School of Economics and Political Sciences (LSE). For three years of my doctorate, I was a CAPES-PROSUP scholarship holder and my visiting period was funded by CAPES-PDSE scholarship. I hold a Master's degree in Business Administration from the State University of Santa Catarina (2011), with a visiting period at the Université du Québec à Montréal, as part of the Emerging Leaders in the Americas Program (ELAP). In addition, I have an specialization in Urban Planning from the State University of Santa Cruz (UESC) and in Project Management from the Universidade Gama Filho (2010). I hold a Law degree from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (2007). In addition, I have an extensive experience with civil society organizations, having produced content for the field and worked in several organizations and social projects.

Possui doutorado em Administração Pública e Governo pela Fundação Getúlio Vargas com doutorado sanduíche no Latin America and Caribbean Centre da London School of Economics and Political Sciences (LSE). Por três anos do doutorado foi bolsista CAPES-PROSUP e realizou o doutorado sanduíche com a bolsa CAPES-PDSE.
