Graduated in Agricultural Sciences (UEPB), Master in Agricultural Engineering (UFCG) and Doctor in Agronomy (UFPB). He has experience in the following topics: cotton, plant physiology, water and saline stresses in plants. Currently, he is a consultant at Embrapa Algodão, conducting entomological assays in the development of transgenic cotton resistant to the boll weevil and in the maintenance of peanut accessions in the peanut's Active Germplasm Bank of CNPA/Embrapa Algodão.
Licenciado em Ciências Agrárias (UEPB), Mestre em Engenharia Agrícola (UFCG) e Doutor em Agronomia (UFPB). Desde 2019, é consultor da Embrapa Algodão, atuando na condução de ensaios entomológicos no desenvolvimento de algodão transgênico resistente ao bicudo; e na defesa de plantas contra estresses abióticos.
