Mestre em Ciências da Saúde pela CMMG. Especialista em Medicina Legal e Perícia Médica pela ABMLPM - AMB. Especialista em Medicina de Família e Comunidade pelo HC-UFMG - AMB. Especialista em Educação Médica pela CMMG. Membro do Corpo Editorial do Brazilian Journal of Forensic Anthropogy and Legal Medicine (BJFALM). Membro do corpo de peritos da Justice for Rapide Response (JRR). Ex-Presidente da Associação Brasileira de Antropologia Forense (ABRAF) 2020/2022.

She holds a degree in Medicine from the Federal University of Minas Gerais, a Medical Residency in Family and Community Medicine from the Hospital das Clínicas (UFMG) and a Master's Degree in Health Sciences from the Medical Sciences Faculty of Minas Gerais. She is a Medical Examiner of the Forensic Anthropology Section of the Legal Medical Institute of Belo Horizonte, is a member of the Study Center of the Legal Medical Institute of Belo Horizonte and works in the training course of Medical Doctors of the Civil Police Academy of Minas Gerais. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Mining Association of Legal Medicine. She has experience in Medicine, with emphasis in Forensic Anthropology, working mainly in the following subjects: legal medicine, forensic anthropology, forensics, forensic sciences and clinical research.
