Rodrigo de Bittencourt Mudrovitsch

Doutor em Direito do Estado pela USP. Mestre em Direito, Estado e Constituição pela UnB. Juiz da Corte Interamericana de Direitos Humanos (2022-2027). Professor de Direito Público pelo IDP. Sócio-Fundador do escritório Mudrovitsch Advogados. Secretário-Geral da Comissão de Juristas da Câmara dos Deputados responsável pela elaboração de Anteprojeto sobre o processo constitucional brasileiro. Foi membro do Grupo de Trabalho sobre Segurança Pública do CNJ. Membro do Conselho Científico da Série IDP/Saraiva e do Observatório de Jurisdição Constitucional. Integrou a Comissão de Juristas Instituída para Elaboração do Anteprojeto da Nova Lei de Improbidade Administrativa.

Rodrigo Mudrovitsch is judge at the Inter-American Court of Human Rights (2022-2027). He holds PhD in State Law from University of São Paulo (USP), Brazil and Master in Law, State and Constitution from University of Brasília (UnB), Brazil. Professor of Public Law at IDP, Brazil. Founding partner of Mudrovitsch Advogados. Secretary-General of the Commission of Jurists of the Chamber of Deputies responsible for preparing the Draft on the Brazilian Constitutional Process. Previously he has been member of the Working Group on Public Security of the National Justice Council (CNJ), Brazil, and took part of the Commission of jurists created to draft the New Law on Administrative Improbity. Member of the Scientific Council of the IDP/Saraiva Series and of the Constitutional Jurisdiction Observatory.
