Graduated in Law from the Federal University of Acre (2011). Approved in the Public Tender for the filling of positions of Civil Police Agent in the State of Acre in 2006. Approved in the Public Tender for filling the positions of Analyst at the Court of Justice of the State of Acre held in 2010. Approved in the public Tender. to fill the positions of Analyst of the Public Ministry of the State of Acre held in 2013. Approved in the VI Public tender to fill the positions of the initial class of the career of Attorney of the State of Acre held in the year 2013/2014. Approved in the Public Tender to fill the positions of Professor, in an effective character, in the career of the teaching staff of basic, technical and technological education at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Acre - IFAC held in 2014. Approved in the first place in professor contest at the Faculty of Western Amazonia - FAAO, current UVERSE. He held the position of Civil Police Agent for the State of Acre between 2008 and 2011, being initially assigned to the Civil Police Internal Affairs Division and later to the Narcotics Enforcement Division. He held the position of Judge Advisor and Chief Legal Advisor to the Presidency of the Court of Justice of the State of Acre. He is currently Attorney of the State of Acre, Chief Attorney of the Personnel Attorney, Professor of Law at the Faculty of Western Amazonia - FAAO, Professor of Law at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Acre - IFAC and Lawyer at PAULO JORGE ADVOCACIA E CONSULTANCY. He is a full member of the OAB / AC Public Lawyer Commission and Vice-President of the OAB / AC Civil Procedure Commission. He is a full member of the Superior Council of the Attorney General of the State of Acre. He is a full member of the OAB / AC Superior Law School. He is a full member of the Commission of the VII Public Tender for filling positions in the initial class of the career of Attorney of the State of Acre. Full member of the Editorial Committee of the Revista Científica of the OAB Seccional Acre. Full member of the Editorial Committee of Revista Jurídica of the Attorney General of the State of Acre. Post-graduated in Real Estate and Urban Law from Universidade Cândido Mendes and in Tax Law from Universidade Estácio de Sá. Master in Law from the University of Marília - UNIMAR. PhD student in Law at the University of Brasília - UNB.

Possui graduação em Direito pela Universidade Federal do Acre (2011). Aprovado no Concurso público para provimento de cargos de Agente de Polícia Civil do Estado do Acre no ano de 2006. Aprovado no Concurso público para provimento de cargos de Analista do Tribunal de Justiça do Estado do Acre realizado no ano de 2010. Aprovado no Concurso público para provimento de cargos de Analista do Ministério Público do Estado do Acre realizado no ano de 2013. Aprovado no VI Concurso público para provimento de cargos da classe inicial da carreira de Procurador do Estado do Acre realizado no ano de 2013/2014. Aprovado no Concurso público para provimento de cargos de Professor, em caráter efetivo, da carreira do magistério do ensino básico, técnico e tecnológico do Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Acre - IFAC realizado no ano de 2014. Aprovado em primeiro lugar no concurso de professor da Faculdade da Amazônia Ocidental - FAAO, atual UVERSE. Exerceu o cargo de Agente de Polícia Civil do Estado do Acre entre os anos de 2008 a 2011, sendo lotado inicialmente na Corregedoria de Polícia Civil e posteriormente na Divisão de Repressão a Entorpecentes. Exerceu o cargo de Assessor de Desembargador e Assessor-Chefe Jurídico da Presidência do Tribunal de Justiça do Estado do Acre. Atualmente é Procurador do Estado do Acre, Procurador Assessor Especial do Gabinete do Procurador-Geral do Estado do Acre, Professor de Direito da Faculdade da Amazônia Ocidental - FAAO, Professor de Direito do Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Acre - IFAC e Advogado na PAULO JORGE ADVOCACIA E CONSULTORIA. É membro titular da Comissão do Advogado Público da OAB/AC e Vice-Presidente da Comissão de Processo Civil da OAB/AC. É membro titular do Conselho Superior da Procuradoria-Geral do Estado do Acre. É membro titular da Escola Superior da Advocacia da OAB/AC. É membro titular da Comissão do VII Concurso público para provimento de cargos da classe inicial da carreira de Procurador do Estado do Acre. Membro titular do Comitê Editorial da Revista Científica da OAB Seccional Acre. Membro titular do Comitê Editorial da Revista Jurídica da Procuradoria-Geral do Estado do Acre.
