Giovanni Alfredo de Oliveira Jatubá

Master in Regulatory Law and Social Responsibility at Universidade Ibirapuera in São Paulo - SP; Specialist in Law and Graduated in Law from the Federal University of Alagoas (1988). Judge, retired. Scientific Research Assistant, member of the Scientific Research Group certified by CNPq. He is currently a professor at the Jayme de Altavila Educational Foundation, teaching Tax Law for 20 (twenty) years. For 07 (seven) years he was coordinator of the Law course at the Instituto de Ensino Superior Santa Cecília.

Mestre em Direito Regulatório e Responsabilidade Social na Universidade Ibirapuera em São Paulo - SP; Especialista em Direito Público e Graduado em Direito pela Universidade Federal de Alagoas (1988). Juiz de Direito, aposentado. Assistente de Pesquisa Cientifica, integrante de Grupo de Pesquisa Cientifica certificado no CNPq . Atualmente é professor da Fundação Educacional Jayme de Altavila, lecionando Direito Tributária há 20 (vinte) anos. Durante 07 (sete) anos foi coordenador do curso de Direito do Instituto de Ensino Superior Santa Cecília.
