Gerente de Programas na Palladium Brasil na área de florestas e uso da terra, Coordenadora Brasileira do Programa Neotropical da ELTI - Environmental Leadership Training Initiative, da School of the Environment da Universidade de Yale, Colaboradora do IPÊ - Instituto de Pesquisas Ecológicas. Bióloga pela Universidade Federal de São Carlos (2004), Mestre em Botânica pela Escola Nacional de Botânica Tropical do Jardim Botânico do Rio de Janeiro (2007) e Doutora em Ciência Ambiental pela Universidade de São Paulo (2015). Pós-doutorado na ESALQ/USP (2022). Trabalho na área ambiental desde 2005, como servidora do Instituto Estadual de Meio Ambiente e Recursos Hídricos do Espírito Santo, como voluntária do Instituto de Pesquisas da Mata Atlântica no Projeto Muriqui-ES e como consultora em diversos projetos em parceria com a TNC, CI-Brasil, IBIO, FUNBIO e a Secretaria de Meio Ambiente da Bahia. Tenho experiência com restauração ecológica e sistemas agroflorestais em larga escala, com planejamento e adequação ambiental de propriedades rurais e implantação de corredores ecológicos. Sou líder do grupo de pesquisa CNPq RECONECTA - Restauração Ecológica, Conservação e Conectividade, sócia fundadora e atual Presidente da Sociedade Brasileira de Restauração Ecológica - SOBRE.

Biologist from the Federal University of São Carlos (2004), Master's in Botany from the National School of Tropical Botany at the Rio de Janeiro Botanical Garden (2007), and PhD in Environmental Science from the University of São Paulo (2015). I have been working in the environmental field since 2005, as a staff member at the State Institute of Environment and Water Resources of Espírito Santo, as a volunteer at the Atlantic Forest Research Institute in the Muriqui-ES Project, and as a consultant on various projects in partnership with TNC, CI-Brazil, IBIO, FUNBIO, and the Bahia State Department of Environment. I have experience in large-scale ecological restoration and agroforestry systems, with rural property environmental planning and adaptation, and the implementation of ecological corridors. I am the leader of the CNPq RECONECTA research group - Ecological Restoration, Conservation, and Connectivity, founding member and current President of the Brazilian Society of Ecological Restoration - SOBRE.
