Formado em Engenharia Elétrica, com ênfase em Engenharia de Telecomunicações, pela UFRN em 2001.1.Iniciou o Mestrado em Telecomunicações em 2001.2, como aluno regular e bolsa do CNPq/CAPES.Interrompeu o mestrado em 2003.1, a fim de entrar para a Marinha do Brasil como Oficial Engenheiro.Realizou mestrado em Aplicações Nucleares pela Fachhochschule Aachen (na Alemanha), no período de 2012 a 2014 (Destaca-se que o curso, apesar de ter sido realizado na Alemanha, foi ministrado inteiramente no idioma inglês, incluindo a escrituração e a defesa da tese). Undergraduate in Electrical Engineering with emphasis in Telecommunication Engineering by Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte in 2001.1.He started the Masters in Telecommunications in 2001.2, as regular student and scholarship from CNPq / CAPES.He gave up of the Masters in 2003.1 to join the Navy of Brazil as Engineer Officer.He attended a Master Degree Program in Fachhochschule Aachen (in Germany), from 2012 until 2014 (It is noteworthy that the master program, although it was held in Germany, was taught entirely in the English language, including the writing and the colloquium of the thesis).
