Luiz Francisco Aramburu

Master in Management/Marketing from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Coimbra - FEUC / UC; Post-Graduation in Specialization Level - MBA in Marketing by Fundação Getúlio Vargas - FGV/RJ, and Specific Graduation in Advertising and Marketing by Estácio de Sá University - UNESA. Technological Development Career Server - Senior Technologist in S&T at MCTI. He has worked as a Technician and also as a Trademark Examiner at the National Institute of Intellectual Property (INPI), where he acquired considerable knowledge in the field of Intellectual Property. In the City Hall of Niterói/RJ, he was public servant for the position of Inspector and also acted as Head of the night shift of the Municipal Inspection. At the Museum of Astronomy and Related Sciences - MAST/MCTI, he worked in the Education Coordination, area of ​​Dissemination and Popularization of Science, and also worked with the Graduate Program of the Professional Master's Course (PPACT), where he developed his functions in the scientific, academic and technical areas as Academic secretary, including participating in the management of the Graduate Program, and sporadically, teaching content as a guest within the discipline Seminar of Research Projects (Research Methodology), having already participated and/or coordinated some regional, national and even some international (Portugal) academic/cultural events. Relevant research: The Impact of Web 2.0 Tools and Social Networks on the intention to visit a museum: the case of the science museum, with Scientific article published in 2019 in Revista Científica with Qualis B2. He is currently developing his professional activities at the Institute of Radioprotection and Dosimetry / IRD - Research Institute of the National Nuclear Energy Commission - CNEN/MCTI, where he has worked in the financial area, in the teaching area (Postgraduate), as head of the purchasing and also as head of the supply area. He currently performs his duties with the Division of Dosimetry / DIDOS, where he acts as a Substitute Focal Point of the QMS, accompanying / advising the LDF, LDT and LBIOVT laboratories in the review of the procedures registered in the SUITE SE systems and SiGA and also collaborating in the implementation of the quality system in the different DIDOS laboratories and services. Qualified team member to carry out internal/external activities of Response to nuclear and radiological emergencies.

Mestrado em Gestão/Marketing pela Faculdade de Economia da Universidade de Coimbra - FEUC / UC; Pós-Graduação em nível de Especialização - MBA em Marketing pela Fundação Getúlio Vargas - FGV/RJ, e Graduação específica em Propaganda e Marketing pela Universidade Estácio de Sá - UNESA. Servidor da Carreira de Desenvolvimento Tecnológico - Tecnologista Sênior em C&T do MCTI. Já atuou como Técnico e também como Examinador de Marcas no Instituto Nacional da Propriedade Intelectual (INPI), onde adquiriu consideráveis conhecimentos na área da Propriedade Intelectual. Na Prefeitura de Niterói/RJ, foi servidor concursado para o cargo de Fiscal e atuou também como Chefe no turno da noite da Fiscalização do Município. No Museu de Astronomia e Ciências Afins - MAST/MCTI, atuou na Coordenação de Educação, área de Divulgação e Popularização da Ciência, e atuou também junto ao Programa de Pós-Graduação do Curso de Mestrado Profissional (PPACT), onde desenvolveu suas funções nas áreas científicas, acadêmicas e técnicas como secretário Acadêmico, participando inclusive na gestão do Programa de Pós-Graduação, e esporadicamente, ministrando conteúdo como convidado dentro da disciplina Seminário de Projetos de Pesquisa (Metodologia da Pesquisa), já tendo participado e/ou coordenado alguns eventos acadêmicos/culturais regionais, nacionais e até mesmo alguns internacionais (Portugal). Pesquisa relevante: O Impacto das Ferramentas da Web 2.0 e das Redes Sociais na intenção de visita a um museu: o caso do museu da ciência, com Artigo científico publicado em 2019 em Revista Científica com Qualis B2. Atualmente desenvolve suas atividades profissionais no Instituto de Radioproteção e Dosimetria / IRD - Instituto de Pesquisa da Comissão Nacional de Energia Nuclear - CNEN/MCTI, onde já atuou na área financeira, na área de ensino (Pós-Graduação), como chefe na área de compras e também como chefe na área de suprimentos. Atualmente exerce suas funções junto a Divisão de Dosimetria / DIDOS, onde atua como Ponto Focal Substituto do SGQ, acompanhando/assessorando os laboratórios LDF, LDT e LBIOVT na revisão dos procedimentos registrados nos sistemas SUITE SE e SiGA e também colaborando na implantação do sistema da qualidade nos diversos laboratórios e serviços da DIDOS. Membro da equipe qualificada para exercer atividades internas/externas de Resposta à emergências nucleares e radiológicas.
