Carolina Moreira Oliveira

Doutoranda e Mestre em Ciência da Computação pela Universidade Federal do Paraná (UFPR). Tem experiência na área de Educação em Computação, com ênfase em Pensamento Computacional e Interação Humano-Computador. Suas experiências abrangem também o ensino de programação para adolescentes desde 2016, organização de eventos e workshops, e participação em projetos de Educação em Computação. Reconhece que a combinação de educação e tecnologia pode mudar o mundo, e advoga por mais mulheres na tecnologia e educação feminina. Em 2019, cofundou a Brazilians in Tech (https://braziliansintech.com), plataforma para promover conexões e reunir oportunidades para mulheres brasileiras em tecnologia.

She is a Ph.D. student in Computer Science at the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR). She has experience in Computer Science Education, emphasizing Computational Thinking and Human-Computer Interaction. Her experiences include teaching programming to teenagers since 2016, organizing events and workshops, and participating in Computer Science Education projects. She recognizes that the combination of technology and education can change the world and advocates for more diversity in technology and women's education. In 2019, she co-founded Brazilians in Tech (https://braziliansintech.com), a platform to promote connections and bring together opportunities for Brazilian women in technology.
