Francisco Pablo Huascar Aragão PINHEIRO,

I am a professor in the Course of Psychology and the Professional Postgraduate Program in Psychology and Public Policies at the Federal University of Ceará (UFC) ? Sobral campus. I hold a degree in Psychology (2005), a master's degree in Psychology (2008), and a Ph.D. in Education (2014), all obtained from UFC. I worked as a psychologist in the Pro-Rectory for Personnel Management at UFC, where I participated in implementing the Policy for Attention to Health and Safety of Federal Civil Servants, carrying out health promotion actions. Currently, I am a member of the Laboratory of Practices and Research in Psychology and Education (LAPPSIE), where I develop research and extension activities in teaching work, focusing on teachers' health. I am part of the Working Group "Intergroup Relations, Prejudice, and Social Exclusion" of the National Association of Research and Postgraduate Studies in Psychology (ANPEPP). I am a research productivity scholarship holder, encouraging technological innovation and internalization (BPI) from the Ceará Foundation for Support to Scientific and Technological Development (FUNCAP).

Sou professor do Curso de Psicologia e do Programa de Pós-graduação Profissional em Psicologia e Políticas Públicas da Universidade Federal do Ceará (UFC) ? campus de Sobral. Tenho graduação em Psicologia (2005), mestrado em Psicologia (2008) e Doutorado em Educação (2014), todos os títulos obtidos na UFC. Atuei como psicólogo na Pró-reitoria de Gestão de Pessoas da UFC, onde participei da implementação da Política de Atenção à Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho do Servidor Público Federal, realizando ações de promoção à saúde. Atualmente, participo do Laboratório de Práticas e Pesquisas em Psicologia e Educação (LAPPSIE), onde desenvolvo pesquisas e ações de extensão no campo do trabalho docente, com enfoque na saúde dos professores. Integro o Grupo de Trabalho "Relações Intergrupais, Preconceito e Exclusão Social" da Associação Nacional de Pesquisa e Pós-graduação em Psicologia (ANPEPP) e sou bolsista de produtividade em pesquisa, estímulo à interiorização e à inovação tecnológica (BPI) da Fundação Cearense de Apoio ao Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico (FUNCAP).
