He holds a degree in Business Administration from the Federal University of Paraíba (1996), a specialization in Quality Productivity Management also from the UFPB (1996), a Master's degree in History from the Federal University of Pernambuco (2002) and a PhD in History from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo ( 2016). Worked in the area of #8203;#8203;People Management and implementation of the Quality Program. He has experience in the area of #8203;#8203;History, with an emphasis on Social History, working mainly on the following topics: cultural heritage, memory, history and culture, art history, museology, history teaching and textbooks. He also has experience in the area of #8203;#8203;Tourism and its relationship with the presentation/preservation/maintenance of cultural heritage. He has published books and articles discussing the theme of cultural heritage, public policies for the preservation of heritage and textbooks, heritage education, tourism, among others. 2016-2021), where he taught subjects, carried out research and has co-supervised master's and doctoral work. It collaborated and has collaborated in the implementation of memorials in RN, such as the Memorial of the State Public Ministry and the National Textbook Program (PNLD Memorial) and in the organization of archives such as that of the Public Ministry of the State of RN and of the Archdiocese of Christmas. Tem experiência também na área de Turismo e sua relação com a apresentação/preservação/manutenção do patrimônio cultural. Possui livros e artigos publicados discutindo a temática do patrimônio cultural, as politicas públicas de preservação do patrimônio e do livro didático, a educação patrimonial, o turismo, entre outros, Realizou Estágio Pós-Doutoral no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Turismo da UFRN (2016-2021), onde ministrou disciplinas, realizou pesquisas e tem co-orientado trabalhos de mestrado e doutorado. Colaborou e tem colaborado na implementação de memoriais no RN, como o Memorial do Ministério Público do Estado e o do Programa Nacional do Livro Didático (Memorial do PNLD) e na organização de arquivos como o do Ministério Público do Estado do RN e da Arquidiocese de Natal.
