Daniel Deminice

He holds a degree in History from FFLCH-USP (2008) and a Masters in Theory and History of Architecture and Urbanism from the IAU-USP (2015). During his undergraduate program, he studied internships at the Paulista Museum and the Sérgio Buarque de Holanda Center for Documentation and Political Memory. After graduation, he integrated the project: History of Electric Energy of the State of São Paulo (with the help of the Fapesp Technical Training grant - 2010). Later, he was a professor of history of elementary and middle school in the São Paulo state network (2011) and in the municipal network of São Carlos (2014). Since 2012, he has been a member of the Research Group on History of the City, Architecture and Landscape (Urbis). He has been Professor of Theory and History of Architecture and Urbanism at IMESB, and currently holds a doctoral thesis in the Culture and City line of IFHC-Unicamp.

Possui graduação em História pela FFLCH-USP (2008), mestrado em Teoria e História da Arquitetura e Urbanismo pelo IAU-USP (2015) e doutorado em Política, Memória e Cidade pelo IFCH-Unicamp (2023). Durante a graduação realizou estágios no Museu Paulista da USP e no Centro Sérgio Buarque de Holanda de Documentação e Memória Política da Fundação Perseu Abramo. Após a graduação integrou com auxílio de bolsa de Treinamento-Técnico da Fapesp o projeto: História da Energia Elétrica do Estado de São Paulo (2010) e, posteriormente, foi professor de história do ensino fundamental e médio na rede estadual de São Paulo (2011), na rede municipal de São Carlos (2014), na rede municipal de Ilhabela (2018) e no Colégio São João de Ilhabela (2019). De 2012 a 2015 integrou o Grupo de Pesquisa em História da Cidade, Arquitetura e Paisagem (Urbis) e agora integra o CIEC - Centro Interdisciplinar de Estudos sobre a Cidade, já atuou como professor de Teoria e História da Arquitetura e do Urbanismo no Instituto Municipal de Ensino Superior de Bebedouro (IMESB).
