PhD in Civil Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto, Portugal.Currently working as a Civil Engineering Criminal Expert in the Civil Police of the State of Tocantins and Professor in the Architecture and Urbanism and Civil Engineering courses at the Lutheran University Center of Palmas - CEULP ULBRA.
