Degree in Mathematics, Post-graduation in Health Operations Management and M.Sc. in Biomedical Engineering. I worked for almost 20 years in the Brazilian Government, mainly in materials management, hospital logistics, and public procurement. I am currently a Ph.D. student in Engineering and Industrial Management at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto, researcher at FEUP and member of the DIGI2 - Digital and Intelligent Industry Lab. My areas of interest are Artificial Inteligence applied to industry and Manufacturing (Machine Leaning Data Driven Models) within the context of Industry 4.0. Also, I'm interested in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Reverse Logistics (Life Extension Strategies) within the context of Circular Economy.
