Alicia García Fernández

Bachelor s degree in Philosophy from the Autonomous University of Madrid (2003), bachelor s degree in Primary Education (specialization in Special Education Needs) from the Pontifical University of Salamanca (2013) and a PhD in Philosophy from the University of Alcala (2013). She was a fellows in training for three years at the National Center for Educational Research and Innovation in the area of Educational Studies and Research and in particular within the Spanish National Unit of Eurydice-REDIE. She has several national and international publications covering a wide spectrum of issues, most notably those related to ancient philosophy, history of medicine, history of science, metaphysics, cosmology, theory of education, ethics of caring and educational policies.
