Sergio Grossi

Dr. Sergio Grossi is conducting an international comparison of best practices in education and reintegration of prisoners. He is a researcher at the Complutense University of Madrid, where he won a Marie Curie grant with the support of the UNESCO Chair in Applied Research for Education in Prison, and will be a visiting scholar at the Columbia University (NY). He was a researcher at the Centre for the Study of Violence (São Paulo) and a visiting scholar at the Cambridge Institute of Criminology. He holds a Ph.D. in Educational Sciences from the University of Padua and UFF (Rio de Janeiro).
