Rodrigo Mota Albuquerque de Oliveira

Doctor of Sociology and Master of Philosophy at the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE). Visiting Fellow of 2018 at the Bielefeld Graduate School in History and Sociology (BGHS), University of Bielefeld, Germany. Holding a bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the Federal University of Pernambuco (2008), having spent one year of study (2006/2007) at the University of Hamburg, Germany. Also holding a Specialization in Contemporary Philosophy (2012) and Pedagogic Training in Philosophy (2021) both at the Catholic University of Pernambuco (UNICAP). Has experience in the area of Sociology and Philosophy, with emphasis in Social Theory, Sociology of the Individual, Theory of Knowledge and Contemporary Philosophy. Member of the Study Group in Social Theory and Subjectivities (GETSS), of the Post-Graduation Program in Sociology of the Federal University of Pernambuco and member of the RC08 - History of Sociology - of the International Sociological Association.

Graduado em Ciências Sociais pela Universidade Federal de Pernambuco (2008), tendo passado um ano do curso (2006/2007) na Universidade de Hamburgo, Alemanha, através do convênio UNIBRAL (CAPES/DAAD). Possuo também Especialização em Filosofia Contemporânea (2012) e Formação Pedagógica em Filosofia (2021), ambas pela Universidade Católica de Pernambuco. Tenho experiência na área de Sociologia e Filosofia, com ênfase em Teoria Social, Epistemologia e Filosofia Contemporânea. Sou membro do Grupo de Estudos em Teoria Social e Subjetividades (GETSS), do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Sociologia da Universidade Federal de Pernambuco, e do RC08 - History of Sociology, da ISA - International Sociological Association.
