DS. in Tropical Agriculture from the Federal University of Mato Grosso - UFMT (Campus Cuiabá), Research Line: Natural Resources, obtained in 2018. He holds a degree in Agronomy (2005) and a MSc. Tropical Agriculture (2007) from UFMT. He was a teacher at UFMT and the University of Cuiabá (UNIC) in the areas of: crop science and soil science. He was also a teacher at the Pantanal College (FAPAN) in the postgraduate course in Audit, Expertise and Environmental Management. Currently, he is an Agrarian Federal Expert from INCRA / SR-13.1 / MT, in Cáceres-MT, where he works in the areas of Expertise, Survey and Evaluation of Rural Property, Environmental Licensing (Rural Environmental Cadastre - CAR), Environmental Liability Quantification by Inspection and Geoprocessing (QGis and ArcGIS), PRAD - Recovery Plan for Degraded Areas and Costs of Recomposition of Environmental Liabilities.

Doutor em Agricultura Tropical pela Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso - UFMT (Campus Cuiabá), Linha de Pesquisa: Recursos Naturais, título obtido em 2018. Possui graduação em Agronomia (2005) e mestrado em Agricultura Tropical (2007) pela UFMT. Foi professor na UFMT e na Universidade de Cuiabá (UNIC) nas áreas de: fitotecnia e solos. Também foi professor na Faculdade do Pantanal (FAPAN) no curso de pós-graduação em Auditoria, Perícia e Gestão Ambiental. Atualmente é Perito Federal Agrário do INCRA/SR-13.1/MT, lotado em Cáceres-MT, onde atua nas áreas de Perícia, Vistoria e Avaliação de Imóveis Rurais, Licenciamento Ambiental (Cadastro Ambiental Rural - CAR), Quantificação de Passivo Ambiental por Vistoria e Geoprocessamento (QGis e ArcGis), PRAD - Plano de Recuperação de Áreas Degradadas e Custos de Recomposição de Passivos Ambientais.
