Arthur Barretto de Almeida Costa

Doutorando em Teoria e História do Direito na Università degli Studi di Firenze. Mestre e Bacharel em direito pela UFMG. Atua sobretudo na História do Direito Público e na história do direito brasileiro dos séculos XIX e XX.Integra o Studium Iuris - Grupo de Pesquisa em História da Cultura Jurídica (UFMG). Recebeu bolsas de Iniciação Científica Jr (2011, 2012), Iniciação Científica (2014-2015, 2016) e de mestrado (CAPES). Editor (2014-2017) e Editor-Chefe (2015-2016) da Revista do CAAP. Ex-editor da Alethes: Periódico dos Graduandos em Direito da UFJF (2014-2017) e da Revista de Ciências do Estado (2015). Ex-assistente Editorial da Revista da Faculdade de Direito da UFMG .

PhD student in Theory and History of Law at the Università degli Studi di Firenze. Master and Bachelor of Laws from UFMG. He works mainly in the History of Public Law and in the history of Brazilian law of the 19th and 20th centuries. He is a member of the Studium Iuris - Research Group in the History of Legal Culture (UFMG). He was a scientific initiation researcher in four opportunities (IC Jr from 2010 to 2012 and 2012 to 2013; IC from 2014 to 2015 and in 2016). Editor (2014-2017) and Editor-in-Chief (2015-2016) of CAAP Magazine. Former Editor of Alethes: Journal of Graduates in Law of UFJF (2014-2017) and Revista de Ciências do Estado (2015). Former Editorial Assistant of the Journal of the Faculty of Law of UFMG.
