Tecnicas de sustentabilidade, análise e estudos ambientais.**Ingrid Paoletti, born 1974 is an architect and researcher of Technology at the building and Science Technology of Science Department (BEST) at Politecnico di Milano where she teaches the disciplines of SSD in ICAR12. She is a member of the Scientific Committee of the PhD Program in Project and Technology for the enhancement of Cultural Heritage, she is member of the committee of the department and in the technical committee of the Laboratory for Technical Information. She is CIB member, Task Group 57 on Industrialization in Construction and of the IIMCP network on Mass-customization.The research activity is characterized by a constant interest in deepening the role of technical innovation in architecture with a particular emphasis on innovative envelopes and advanced construction methods. A special interest is focused on the development of complex forms in architecture, in particular the role of technologies and tools to combine design and production.She chaired many activities including scientific meetings and conferences at Politecnico di Milano inviting prominent personalities of contemporary architectural scenario She deals with the organization of Guido Nardi Prize from 2003, addressed to the most deserving students in the field of technological innovation in architecture, implemented in collaboration with major Italian companies operating in the world of construction (Permasteelisa SpA, Graniti Fiandre SpA, Metra SpA). She has written several books including Una finestra sul trasferimento. Tecnologie innovative per l?architettura, Libreria Clup, Milano, 2003, Costruire le forme complesse, Libreria Clup, Milano, 2006 (completly translated in english) and Dall?idea al cantiere, Hoepli, Milano, 2008.She collaborates with continuously magazines Modulo, Nuova Finestra, Costruzioni Metalliche. She is a collaborator of the editorial board of The Journal directed by Carlo Olmo for the Technology section.
