Alexandre Medeiros de Carvalho

Geologist, Federal University of Ceará (UFC), Master in Sedimentology - Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE), PhD in morphodynamics by Federal University of Bahia(UFBA) and Post Doctorate at Université du Québec à Montréal(UQAM). I've been working in the Laboratory of Marine Sciences (Labomar) Federal University of Ceará. I have directed students in undergraduate research projects and reported graduate, master and doctorate instudents. I have dedicated to research on the sedimentology, dynamics, wind, coastal geology and environmental geology. Since 2004 serves as reviewer for journals in the Journal of Geology (Fortaleza) and the evaluator in SINAES. I heve published book chapters and articles in professional journals. I have full papers in conference proceedings, abstracts in conferences and technical production items. Since 2005 I have coordinated sections of scientific events at the Federal University of Ceará.
