Reynaldo Dietze

Graduated in Medicine at the Federal University of Espírito Santo (1977), residency in Infectious Diseases at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of São Paulo, Master in Tropical Medicine at the University of Brasília (1983) and Doctorate in Infectious and Parasitic Diseases at the University of São Paulo Paulo (1990). He created the Post graduate Program in Infectious Diseases at the UFES Health Sciences Center in 1993. He is currently a volunteer researcher at the Infectious Diseases Center at the UFES Health Sciences Center, Retired Full Professor of the Department of Social Medicine at UFES, Adjunct Assistant Professor at Duke University Medical Center - USA and Invited Full Professor at the Institute of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine at Universidade Nova de Lisboa. Works mainly in Infectious/Tropical Diseases Clinical Research with an emphasis on Tuberculosis, Tuberculosis HIV co-infection, Leishmaniasis, Dengue and Zika virus infections

Possui graduação em Medicina pela Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo (1977), residência em Doenças Infecciosas pela Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade de São Paulo, Mestrado em Medicina Tropical pela Universidade de Brasília (1983) e Doutorado em Doenças Infecciosas e Parasitárias pela Universidade de São Paulo (1990). Criou o Programa de Pós Graduação em Doenças Infecciosas do Centro de Ciências da Saúde da UFES em 1993. Atualmente é pesquisador voluntário do Núcleo de Doenças Infecciosas do Centro de Ciências da Saúde da UFES, Prof. Titular aposentado do Departamento de Medicina Social da UFES, Adjunct Assistant Professor da Duke University Medical Center - EUA e Professor Catedrático Convidado do Instituto de Higiene e Medicina Tropical da Universidade Nova de Lisboa. Atua principalmente em Pesquisa Clinica na área das Doenças Infecciosas com ênfase na Tuberculose, Tuberculose/AIDS, Leishmanioses, Dengue e Zika.
