Reyan Perovano Baptista

Reyan is an experimental artist and researcher. Has a master's degree in Arts from the Federal University of Espírito Santo (Ufes), with a focus on Art's Theory and History, and a line of research in Nexuses between Art, Space and Thought, where they were a body-laboratory writing "anarcorpo - politic poetic of the rebel body" . Reyan holds a BA in Fine Arts (Ufes) and a degree in Visual Arts (Unar). They uses different languages that include performance, drawing, video, photography and writing. They focus on bodily and affective issues, approaching their body experience through the fictional lenses of gender, sex, race, class, and belonging in its transience of identification.

Reyan é artista experimental e pesquisadore. É mestre em Artes pela Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo (Ufes), com foco em Teoria e História da Arte e linha de pesquisa em Nexos entre Arte, Espaço e Pensamento, onde foi corpo laboratório em "anarcorpo - poética política do corpo rebelde". Possui bacharelado em Artes Plásticas (Ufes) e licenciatura em Artes Visuais (Unar). Utiliza linguagens diversas que passam pela performance, desenho, vídeo, fotografia e escrita. Possui foco em questões corporais e afetivas, abordando sua experiência corpo através das lentes-ficcções de gênero, sexo, raça, classe, pertencimento em suas transitoriedades de identificação.
