Marcelo Brossi Santoro

Agronomist and master's degree from the "Luiz de Queiroz" College of Agriculture,University of São Paulo (USP). Since graduation works with fruti crops, research and development, teaching and university rural extension. FAPESP scholarship holder and worked as an agronomist and AdHoc reviewer at the Casa do Produtor Rural from ESALQ/USP. Currently is Phd candidate in the Crop Science Graduate Program at the same instituition and an MBA student in Agribusiness. He has extensive knowledge of crop sciences, focused on propagation, management, and cultural treatments of fruit crops. Recently concluded the Technical Training Course in Sustainable Avocado production and started as a Visiting Research Student at The University of Queensland (Australia).

Engenheiro agrônomo e mestre pela Escola Superior de Agricultura "Luiz de Queiroz", Universidade de São Paulo (USP). Desde a graduação atua com fruticultura, pesquisa e desenvolvimento, ensino e extensão rural universitária. Foi bolsista FAPESP e atuou como engenheiro agrônomo e revisor AdHoc na Casa do Produtor Rural da ESALQ/USP. Atualmente é aluno de doutorado do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Fitotecnia na mesma instituição e aluno de MBA em Agronegócio. Possui vasto conhecimento na área de produção vegetal, com foco em propagação, manejos e tratos culturais de plantas frutíferas. Recentemente concluiu o curso de Capacitação Técnica em Abacaticultura Sustentável e iniciou novas pesquisas como Visiting Research Student at The University of Queensland (Austrália).
