Rafaela Araújo Rodrigues

Possui LL.M pela American University Washington College of Law com especialização em Direitos Humanos e Gênero & Direito (2017) e Mestrado em Direito pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (2014). Graduada em Direito pela Universidade Federal do Pará (2011). Recebeu a Alumni Fund Scholarship oferecida aos alunos com dedicação acadêmica rigorosa ao avanço das questões no direito internacional. Foi Chefe de Gabinete da Secretaria Nacional de Juventude da Presidência da República (2015) e da Secretaria Executiva do Ministério do Trabalho e Previdencia Social (2016). Em 2014 foi Assessora Especial de Juventude no Ministério do Desenvolvimento Agrário. Atualmente é Policy Fellow no National Immigrant Women?s Advocacy Project (NIWAP). Tem experiência e interesse na área de Direito Internacional, Direitos Humanos, Direito Público, Gênero e direito, Imigração e Organizações Internacionais.

She holds LL.M by the American University Washington College of Law with a specialization in Human Rights and Gender & Law (2017) and a Master's degree in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (2014). Graduated in Law from the Federal University of Pará (2011). She received the Alumni Fund Scholarship offered to students with rigorous academic dedication to the advancement of issues in international law. She was Chief of Staff of the National Youth Secretariat of the Presidency of the Republic (2015) and the Executive Secretariat of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security (2016). In 2014 she was Special Advisor for Youth in the Ministry of Agrarian Development. Currently, she is Policy Fellow at the National Immigrant Women's Advocacy Project (NIWAP). Has experience and interest in International Law, Human Rights, Public Law, Gender and Law, Immigration and International Organizations.
