Graduado em Filosofia (2004), Mestre em Filosofia (2007) e Doutor em Filosofia pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (2013), com estágio de pesquisa - doutorado-sanduíche - no Departamento de Arte e Estudos Culturais da Universidade de Copenhague - Dinamarca (2012-2013), com o apoio do PGCI/CAPES. É Professor Associado I do Departamento de Filosofia da Universidade Federal do Piauí - UFPI. No âmbito da UFPI, atua como docente permanente nos Programas de Pós-Graduação em Filosofia - PPGFIL/UFPI e Comunicação - PPGCOM/UFPI. Também atua como docente permanente no PROF-FILO/Mestrado Profissional em Filosofia, no Núcleo da Universidade Federal do Tocantins - UFT. Foi pesquisador visitante no Departamento de Filosofia do Boston College - EUA (2010-2011) e nos Arquivos Husserl da Universidade Católica de Louvain - Bélgica (2015). É líder do FOLIE - Laboratório Interdisciplinar Hermenêutica, Ambiente e Saúde, vinculado à Pró-Reitoria de Pesquisa e Inovação (PROPESQI-UFPI) e ao CNPq. Atualmente é Tutor do PET Filosofia da UFPI. Tem experiência em ensino, pesquisa e extensão em filosofia contemporânea, dedicando-se especialmente à Hermenêutica Filosófica e suas relações com a Fenomenologia e a Desconstrução nas interfaces com a arquitetura, urbanismo e design; geografia e meio ambiente; comunicação e a saúde coletiva. Também se dedica à filosofia da educação e ao ensino de filosofia.
Graduated in Philosophy (2004), Master in Philosophy (2007) and Doctor in Philosophy from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (2013), with a research fellowship at the Department of Art and Cultural Studies at the University of Copenhagen - Denmark (2012-2013), with the support of the PGCI/CAPES. He is Associate Professor I of the Department of Philosophy at the Federal University of Piauí-UFPI. At UFPI, he works as a permanent professor in the Postgraduate Program in Philosophy - PPGFIL / UFPI and Communication - PPGCOM / UFPI. He also acts as a permanent professor at PROF-FILO ? Professional Master in Philosophy, at Federal University of Tocantins-UFT. He was a visiting researcher at the Department of Philosophy at Boston College-USA (2010-2011) and in the Husserl Archives at Catholic University of Louvain-Belgium (2015). He is head of the FOLIE-Interdisciplinary Laboratory Hermeneutics, Environment and Health, linked to the Dean of Research and Innovation (PROPESQI-UFPI) and CNPq. He is currently Tutor of PET Philosophy at UFPI. He has experience in teaching, research and extension in contemporary philosophy, dedicating especially to Philosophical Hermeneutics and its relations with Phenomenology and Deconstruction on interfaces with architecture, urbanism and design; geography and environment; communication and public health. He is also dedicated to the philosophy of education and the teaching of philosophy.
