Roberta dos Reis Ribeiro
I have a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (2010), a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering - Environmental Engineering Program PEA from the Polytechnic School of UFRJ (2012) and a PhD in Technology of Chemical and Biochemical Processes from the Faculty of Chemistry of the University Federal de Janeiro (UFRJ) (2017). From 2014 to 2016, she served as a substitute professor at the Department of Biochemical Engineering at the School of Chemistry-UFRJ, teaching Biochemical Engineering classes for chemical and chemical engineering classes. In addition, she worked for five years as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Technological Institute of Aeronautics (ITA), developing a research project from the partnership PETROBRAS/ Laboratory of Computation in transport phenomena (LCFT).I am currently working as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Universidad Nacional Autonomy de Mexico (UNAM/Mexico) in collaboration with the National Laboratory of Scientific Computing (LNCC/Brazil) in the Brazil/Mexico collaboration project (COOPBRAS) in the project "Integrative approach and multi-omics in prioritizing targets against clinically important pathogens by combining bioinformatics and biotechnology techniques." As a result of 21 years dedicated to scientific research, the researcher has experience in several areas of chemical engineering, including biotechnology and bioinformatics. In addition, the researcher specializes in chromatographic and analytical techniques.I know software such as Autodesk Inventor 2D/3D, CFD++ and also in software and essential tools for the development of projects in bioinformatics such as Cytoscape, Python, R, WGCNA, genomic database, Blast Koala, and DAVID.
