Manuel Victor Martins de Matos

Economist and master in Territorial Development and Public Policy in Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRRJ) and PhD in Public Policy, Strategies and Development in Economy Institute at Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). Currently, I work in the "Project Ô: innovative circular water systems" as a Post-Doctoral Researcher of Department of Environment and Planning at University of Aveiro (Portugal). I was a researcher in Energy Economics Group (GEE-UFRJ), Public Policy, Analysis and Evaluation Nucleus (NUPPAA-UFRJ), and Research Network on Local Productive and Innovative Systems and Arrangements (RedeSist-UFRJ). In these groups I work in academic events and research projects. I have articles in academic journals and interest in different knowledge areas like economy implications of exploitation of natural resources, oil industry, water sector, socioeconomic and regional development, industry economy and innovation and technology economy.
