Fábio Henrique Rosa Senefonte

Professor adjunto, da subárea de Linguística Aplicada/Línguas Estrangeiras e Coordenador de Relações Internacionais da Universidade Estadual do Norte do Paraná (UENP-CP). Doutor e Mestre em Estudos da Linguagem (na linha de pesquisa ensino, aprendizagem e formação do professor de língua estrangeira) pela Universidade Estadual de Londrina (UEL). Especialista em Ensino de Língua Inglesa pela Universidade Estadual do Norte do Paraná. Pela mesma universidade, também é licenciado em Letras, com habilitações em língua portuguesa e língua inglesa com suas respectivas literaturas. Tem experiência no ensino, aprendizagem e formação de professores de língua inglesa. Foi bolsista da Fulbright e da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES) como professor assistente de língua portuguesa na Howard University (Washington DC-EUA) e aluno de pós-graduação da mesma Universidade, onde cursou disciplinas de pós-graduação nos departamentos de Comunicação, Ciências Sociais e Educação. É líder do Grupo de Pesquisa "Estudos Linguísticos e Literários em Inglês -ELLI". Os interesses de pesquisa abrangem Linguística/Sociolinguística aplicadas ao ensino, aprendizagem e formação de professores de línguas adicionais (com foco em variação linguística), políticas linguísticas, internacionalização do ensino superior, bem como metodologia de pesquisa qualitativa.

Doctor and Master?s degree in Language Studies (teaching, learning and foreign language teacher education) from the State University of Londrina (UEL). Graduate certificate in English Language Teaching from the State University of Northern Paraná. From the same University, he also holds an undergraduate degree in Portuguese and English and their respective literatures. He has experience in teaching, learning and English language teacher education. He was a Fulbright and CAPES scholar, working as an assistant professor of Portuguese at Howard University (Washington DC-USA) and a graduate student at the same University, taking graduate courses in the departments of Communication, Social Sciences and Education. He is the leader of the Research Group entitled "Linguistic and Literary Studies in English?. Research interests include Sociolinguistics Applied for teaching, learning and additional language teacher education (focusing on language variation), language policies, internationalization of higher education and qualitative research methodology.
