Pâmela Mossmann de Aguiar

Doutoranda em Ciência Política na Faculdade de Ciências Sociais e Humanas da Universidade Nova de Lisboa (FCSH-UNL). Mestre em Marketing pela Universidade de Coimbra. Pós-graduada em Inteligência Estratégica e Competitiva pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS). Bacharel em Administração pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFGRS). Atualmente é pesquisadora na Universidade de Évora, em Portugal, na área de Marketing, fazendo parte do projeto Inovstone4.0, onde pesquisa o comportamento do consumidor da pedra portuguesa e os custos de implementação do BIM na indústria das pedras em Portugal. Entre 2007 e 2008 foi Bolsista de Iniciação Científica na área de Recursos Humanos (RH) nos projetos de aquisição de competências e aprendizagem do professor doutor Roberto Lima Ruas, na UFRGS. A tese de doutorado está sendo desenvolvida na área das políticas públicas para a Igualdade de Gênero, nomeadamente no âmbito das chamadas Taxas Rosas (Pink Taxes) na União Europeia (UE). Os temas de pesquisa de interesse incluem: igualdade de gênero, igualdade social, taxas rosa, taxas sobre produtos menstruais, trabalho não remunerado e remunerado, igualdade salarial entre homens e mulheres, licenças parentais, especialmente na UE.

I am currently a researcher at the University of Évora, in Portugal, in the Marketing area, being part of the Inovstone4.0 project, where she researches the consumer behavior of Portuguese stone and the costs of implementing BIM in the stone industry in Portugal. Between 2007 and 2008 he received a Scientific Initiation Scholarship in the Human Resources (HR) area in the skills acquisition and learning projects of Professor Roberto Lima Ruas, at UFRGS. The doctoral thesis is being developed in the area of ​​public policies for Gender Equality, namely within the scope of the so-called Pink Taxes in the European Union (EU). Research topics of interest include: gender equality, social equality, pink fees, menstrual product fees, unpaid and paid work, equal pay for men and women, parental leave, especially in the EU.
