Civil Engineer from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (1987), Master in Civil Construction Management from the University of São Paulo (1993) and PhD in Education from PUCRS (2016). He was director of the Senac-RS Technology Faculty and the Senac-RS Faculty in Porto Alegre, from 2006 to 2011. In this period, he coordinated the implementation of courses in the areas of Management, Information Technology and Design. Author of a book in the area of Management, and articles in the same area.Manager of Operations and Business, with consolidated experience in companies of expression in Services and Industry, in the segments of education and education, construction, civil paper and pulp, managing technical and administrative teams above 1000 employees.Prominent performance in expansion projects, both in infrastructure and in actions directly related to the operating and financial results of the business.Experience in the elaboration and management of Business Plan, acting directly with more than 40 Units in the regional scope, in the implementation and monitoring of results.Guidance for optimization of Costs and Risks, having conducted projects with significant impact, such as implementation of costing system by Business Unit and risk assessment (Services), among others.Direct participation in the implementation of Quality Systems, winning awards PGQP / RS and PNQ, acting in the latter, also as evaluator.Update through internal programs, and abroad, such as the International Congress of Innovation Porto Alegre / RS, Balance Scorecard (BSC) - Development and Application; II International Seminar on Quality and Productivity - with G. Engenheiro Civil pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (1987), Mestre em Gerenciamento na Construção Civil pela Universidade de São Paulo (1993) e Doutor em Educação pela PUCRS (2016). Foi diretor da Faculdade de Tecnologia Senac-RS e da Faculdade Senac-RS em Porto Alegre, no período de 2006 a 2011. Neste período, coordenou a implantação de cursos nas áreas de Gestão, Tecnologia da Informação e Design. Autor de um livro na área de Gestão, e de artigos na mesma área.
