Poliana Bergamin Athayde de Souza

Between 2004 and 2006 took the Technical Course in Food Agroindustry at the Federal Institution of Higher Education of Espírito Santo (IFES-ES). Between 2007 and 2012 took the Bachelor's Degree in Food Engineering at the Federal University of Espírito Santo (UFES-ES). Between 2012 and 2014 took the Postgraduate course, Master's strictu sensu, in Food Science and Technology at the Federal University of Viçosa (UFV-MG) with emphasis/line of research in Hygiene in the Food Industry, Biotechnology and Microbiology of Foods. In 2014 assumed the effective position of Food Engineer at the Department of Food Science at the Federal University of Lavras, Minas Gerais (DCA/UFLA-MG). Between 2018 and 2022 she took the Postgraduate course, Doctorate strictu sensu, in Food Science at the Federal University of Lavras (UFLA-MG), with an emphasis/line of research in New Product Development.

Entre 2004 e 2006 realizou o Curso de Técnico em Agroindústria de Alimentos pelo Instituto Federal de Ensino Superior do Espírito Santo (IFES-ES). Entre 2007 e 2012 realizou o curso de Bacharelado em Engenharia de Alimentos pela Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo (UFES-ES). Entre 2012 e 2014 realizou o curso de Pós-Graduação, Mestrado stricto sensu, em Ciência e Tecnologia de Alimentos pela Universidade Federal de Viçosa (UFV-MG) com ênfase/linha de pesquisa em Higiene na Indústria de Alimentos, Biotecnologia e Microbiologia de Alimentos. Em 2014 assumiu o cargo de Engenheiro de Alimentos no Departamento de Ciência de Alimentos da Universidade Federal de Lavras, Minas Gerais (DCA/UFLA-MG). Entre 2018 e 2022 realizou o curso de Pós-Graduação, Doutorado stricto sensu, em Ciência dos Alimentos pela Universidade Federal de Lavras (UFLA-MG), com ênfase/linha de pesquisa em Desenvolvimento de Novos Produtos.
