Will Robson Coelho

Graduation in Architecture and Urbanism from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (1996) and a master's degree in Architecture and Urbanism from the University of São Paulo (2002). The master's dissertation, held at EESC-São Carlos, evaluated the impact of housing policies on the deficit of houses and their calculations. PhD at PROURB-FAU / UFRJ, held since March 2013, ending in November 2017. He has experience in Architecture and Urbanism, with emphasis on Urban Planning, working mainly in the following subjects: housing, housing policy, housing programs, metropolitan region , urban management, Participatory Plans, urbanization and land regularization, is a member / advisor of the IAB, who represented at CREA-RJ from 2008 to 2011. He worked with Research at the IPPUR / UFRJ Observatory until 2004, served in the Municipality of Nova Iguaçu in 2005 to 2007, taking care of land affairs, housing and the revision of the Master Plan. Consultancy to the Master Plan of Paraty-RJ hired by the City Council in 2007. From 2007 to 2010 he worked in the Government of the State of Rio de Janeiro, in the Sec. Of Environment, in the old SERLA, the current INEA, in a project in Baixada Fluminense, rivers and banks, PAC resources - gov. federal, was Project Analyst taking care of the analysis of the urban projects and the identification of the areas of resettlement / removal. From 2011 to 2012 he served as urban planning coordinator of the COBRAPE Company, in a land regularization agreement for the RIO City Hall, in the Communities of the Juliano Moreira Colony. In 2016 and 2017 he was executive secretary in the organization of events of the Council of Architecture and Urbanism of CAU / RJ. He has been acting since the end of 2018 as Technical Advisor to the Secretariat of Urbanism of the city hall of Maricá - RJ, planning manager - Review of the Master Plan and Urban Legislation.Taught classes regularly as a professor of higher education in architecture and urbanism; from 2010 to 2018, in several institutions: UNIAN / Grupo Educacional Kroton-Anhanguera; Tutoring - Prof. Assistant - Teaching Internship at the Doctorate DPUR-FAU UFRJ; CATÓLICA UNIVERSIDADE DE PETRÓPOLIS - UCP / CEC-CAU and finally in the Architecture Course at Faculdade Gama e Sousa.Believes in the development of works committed to society, especially in relation to the search for solutions for the most needy in the development of an 'Architecture of Social Interest'

Tem mais de 24 anos de atuação profissional, sendo ressaltado o lado urbanista, graduação pela FAU ? UFRJ (em 1996) e mestrado em Arquitetura e Urbanismo pela USP (em 2002). A dissertação de mestrado, realizada na EESC - São Carlos/SP, tratou de avaliação impacto de políticas habitacionais no déficit de moradias e seus cálculos. O recente doutoramento em urbanismo foi realizado no PROURB-FAU/UFRJ, (em novembro 2017) onde a tese tratou da experiência de governança urbana participativa. As principais atividades aplicadas têm ênfase no Planejamento Urbano, atuando principalmente nos temas de: habitação, política e programas habitacionais, em gestão urbana, regularização urbanística e fundiária; também atua como membro/conselheiro do IAB/RJ (desde 2004 até 2018). Trabalhou com Pesquisas no Observatório IPPUR/UFRJ até 2004, atuou nas Prefeitura de Nova Iguaçu de 2005 a 2007. Atuou de 2007 a 2010 no Governo do Estado RJ, na Sec. de Ambiente, INEA, em projeto na Baixada Fluminense de recuperação de rios e margens como analista de projetos urbanísticos. De 2011 a 2012 atuou como coordenador de urbanismo da Empresa COBRAPE, em contrato de regularização fundiária para a Prefeitura do RIO nas Comunidades da Colônia Juliano Moreira. Em 2016 e 2017 foi secretário executivo na organização de eventos do Conselho de Arquitetura e Urbanismo do CAU/RJ. Atua desde fim de 2018 como Assessor Técnico da Secretaria de Urbanismo de da prefeitura de Maricá - RJ, gestor de planejamento - Revisão do Plano Diretor e Legislação Urbana.Ministrou aulas regularmente como Professor do ensino superior de arquitetura e urbanismo; desde 2010 até 2018, em várias instituições: UNIAN/ Grupo Educacional Kroton-Anhanguera; Tutoria - Prof. Auxiliar - Estagio Docente do Doutorado DPUR-FAU UFRJ; UNIVERSIDADE CATÓLICA DE PETRÓPOLIS ? UCP/CEC-CAU e por último no Curso de Arquitetura da Faculdade Gama e Sousa. Acredita no desenvolvimento de trabalhos comprometidos com a sociedade, principalmente em relação a busca de soluções para os mais carentes no desenvolvimento de uma 'Arquitetura de Interesse Social'
