I am a researcher in the area of Quantum Field Theory in curved spacetimes, although my initial workduring my MSc at the University of Manchester focussed on the phenomenology of elementary particle physicswith Professor Jeff Forshaw, in which we investigated a particular decay channel of the Higgs bosonusing Monte Carlo methods.During my PhD under the supervision of Dr Jourma Louko at the University of Nottingham,my research focussed on the investigation of Quantum Field Theory in curved spacetimes using the tool of Unruh-DeWitt detectors, resulting in several publications and my thesis` Particle detectors in curved spacetime quantum field theory'. During my PhD I also receivedthe Universitas 21 Scholarship that allowed me to visit the research group of Professor William G. Unruhat the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada. This visit was instrumental in strengthening myresearch collaborations, and I received valuable feedback from Professor Unruh regarding my work ondetectors. After my PhD I won the EPSRC Doctoral Prize allowing me to continue my work at the University of Nottingham. My recent work has been investigating detector models on Schwarzschild-AdS spacetime in collaboration with Professor Robert Man (University of Waterloo, Canada).
