Marius Nils Müller

I am a trained Marine Biogeochemist who received his PhD in 2009 from the University of Kiel (GEOMAR) and subsequently realized post doctoral research projects in France (Laboratory of Oceanography, Villefranche-sur-mer), Australia (Institute for Marine and Antarctic Studies, Hobart) and Brazil (Oceanographic Institute of the University of São Paulo). Currently, I am establishing my research and teaching at the Department of Oceanography of the Federal University of Pernambuco (Brazil).

Sou um experiente biogeoquímico marinho, doutor pela Universidade de Kiel, IFM-GEOMAR Leibniz Institute for Marine Science, hoje conhecido como GEOMAR - Helmholtz Centre for Ocean Research (Alemanha), com duas pesquisas de pós-doutorado, sendo uma realizada no Laboratoire d'Océanographie de Villefranche-sur-mer (França) e a outra no IMAS - Institute for Marine and Antarctic Studies de Hobart (Austrália). De 2014 até 2017 trabalhei como bolsista (Ciências sem Fronteiras, Nível A) no IO-USP - Instituto Oceanográfico da Universidade de São Paulo (Brasil). Atualmente, sou professor visitante no Departamento de Oceanografia da Universidade Federal de Pernambuco (UFPE), onde estou desenvolvendo minhas recentes pesquisas.
