Alain José Montalvão Horta e Costa Lantoine

Alain Montalvão Lantoine, de nacionalidade Portuguesa e Francesa, é Investigador no Centro de Estudos Sociais da Universidade de Coimbra; Investigador do OSIRIS-Observatório do Risco; e Investigador Associado do Observatório Político. Mestre em Relações Internacionais na especialidade de Estudos da Paz e da Segurança (Faculdade de Economia da Universidade de Coimbra) e Diplomado de Sciences Po (Mestre e Dr. em Ciência Política - 5 anos), tendo também sido bolseiro da Comissão Europeia no Colégio da Europa.

Alain Montalvão Lantoine, of Portuguese and French nationalities, is a Researcher of the Centre for Social Studies of the University of Coimbra; researcher of the OSIRIS - Risk Observatory; and Associate Researcher of the Political Observatory. Holds an MA in International Relations - Peace and Security Studies (University of Coimbra) and the Sciences Po Diploma (MA + BA - 5 years), having also been awarded with a full scholarship from the European Commission in the College of Europe.
