She worked as a Researcher at the Cancer Institute of Ceará (ICC). Post-doctoral fellow (PNPD/CAPES) under the supervision of Prof. doctor Ronaldo de Albuquerque Ribeiro from the Department of Physiology and Pharmacology at UFC (2013-2015). Master's (2009) and Doctorate (2013) in Pharmacology from the Federal University of Ceará. Graduated in Pharmacy and Biochemistry from the Universidad Nacional de la Amazonia Peruana (2006) and qualification in Clinical Analysis from UFC. Advisor for Scientific Initiation and Graduate students. Has experience in #8203;#8203;Immunology, Pharmacology, and Molecular Biology, with an emphasis on studying the mechanisms and mediators involved in the inflammatory response related to the side effects of chemotherapy in experimental models and translational studies in cancer patients. She coordinates research projects approved by funding agencies. Member of the Brazilian Society of Pharmacology and Experimental Therapeutics (SBFTE). It is part of the CNPq Research Group Directory called the Oncology Research Group-ICC and the Nucleus for the Study of Toxicity of Oncological Treatment-UFC. Pesquisadora do Laboratório de Farmacologia da Inflamação e do Câncer (LAFICA) no Núcleo de Pesquisa e Desenvolvimento de Medicamentos (NPDM). Tutora do Programa de Educação Tutorial (PET-Medicina) da UFC. Foi Professora Visitante do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Patologia (2019-2021). Atuou como Pesquisadora do Instituto do Câncer do Ceará (ICC). Realizou Pós doutorado (PNPD/CAPES) sob a supervisão do Prof. Dr. Ronaldo de Albuquerque Ribeiro do Departamento de Fisiologia e Farmacologia da UFC (2013-2015). Possui Mestrado (2009) e Doutorado (2013) em Farmacologia pela Universidade Federal do Ceará. Graduada em Farmácia e Bioquímica pela Universidad Nacional de la Amazonia Peruana (2006). Orientadora de alunos de Iniciação Científica e de Pós-graduação. Tem experiência na área de Imunologia, Farmacologia e Biologia Molecular, com ênfase no estudo dos mecanismos e mediadores envolvidos na resposta inflamatória relacionada aos efeitos colaterais da quimioterapia em modelos experimentais e estudos translacionais em pacientes oncológicos. É coordenadora de projetos de pesquisa aprovado por agências de fomento. Membro da Sociedade Brasileira de Farmacologia e Terapêutica Experimental (SBFTE). Faz parte do Diretório de grupo de Pesquisa do CNPq chamado Grupo de Pesquisa em Oncologia-ICC e Núcleo de Estudos das Toxicidades do Tratamento Oncológico-UFC. No âmbito da docência, possui experiência em metodologias ativas de Aprendizagem. Mãe cientista de dois filhos.
