Gisela Porto Benatti works in the Municipal Prosecuter´s Office, in Osasco. She teaches Civil Law at Unifieo-Osasco. She concluded her undergraduate course in Juridical Science at UNIFIEO in 2011 and her graduate education (Master of Laws Degree) concentrated in the area of Affirmation of the Human Rights in the same institution, conclusion and defense in 2013. She is also a Master in Communication and Semiotics, studies concluded in 2002 at the Pontifical University Catholic of São Paulo. For those studies she had been received a scholarship from the CNPQ institution. She is also a bachelor's at Licenciatura Em Artes Plásticas from Universidade de São Paulo (1993) and master's at Comunication from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (2002). She was a professor in the course of Visual Arts of the College Anhanguera de Taboão da Serra for five years (of 2007 the 2011). She was the pedagogical coordinator of the School of Arts of the Secretaria da Culture of the City of Osasco (2007 the 2010).
Trabalha como assessora de diretoria na Procuradoria Judicial Contenciosa de Osasco. É professora de Direito Civil (Contratos, Posse, Propriedade, Direitos Reais), na Unifieo-Osasco. Possui graduação em Direito pela UNIFIEO (2011) e é mestre em Direito com Área de Concentração em Positivação e Concretização Jurídica dos Direitos Humanos pela mesma instituição, conclusão e defesa em 2013. Também é mestre em Comunicação e Semiótica pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (2002), tendo sido bolsista do CNPQ. Graduou-se também em Licenciatura em Artes Plásticas pela Universidade de São Paulo (1993). Atuou como professora universitária no curso de Artes Visuais da Faculdade Anhanguera de Taboão da Serra por cinco anos (de 2007 a 2011). Foi coordenadora pedagógica da Escola de Artes da Secretaria de Cultura do Município de Osasco (2007 a 2010).
