Doutoranda em Antropologia (UNL-NOVA/ISCTE-IUL). Mestrado em Antropologia pelo Instituto Universitário de Lisboa (ISCTE-IUL), com a Dissertação intitulada: O silêncio que fala: ritos fúnebres como performance e o cemitério como lugar de memória. Graduada em Ciências Sociais pela Universidade Federal Rural de Pernambuco (UFRPE), com monografia intitulada: Rezar pela alma e enterrar: uma visão antropológica dos ritos fúnebres católicos no Cemitério de Santo Amaro - Recife. Experiência com as temáticas: morte, ritos fúnebres, representação, memória, performance e cemitério.

Graduated in Social Sciences from the Universidade Federal Rural de Pernambuco (UFRPE), with a monograph entitled: Pray for the soul and to bury: an anthropological view of Catholic funeral rites at the Santo Amaro Cemetery - Recife. Experience with the themes: death, funeral rites, representation, memory, performance and cemetery.
