Franciele Becher

Doctoral student and professor of Sciences de l'Éducation at Université Paris 8 (France), linked to the Institut d'Histoire du Temps Présent (IHTP), with a CAPES scholarship for a Full Doctorate Abroad (2018-2020). Master in History from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). Graduated in Full Degree in History from the University of Caxias do Sul (UCS). She is part of the team of the project «La dissémination de savoirs experts dans le domaine de l'enfance», coordinated by the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC) and the Université Paris 8 (Programme COFECUB); and the network of researchers "Pensar os extremos", linked to the Brazilian Center for Studies on Nazism and the Holocaust (NEPAT), a student project at the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG). She is also part of the team at Projet R-EVE-Réfugier, Enfance, Violence, Exil, to which she is contributing an unprecedented collection of drawings and essays about the children's experience of the Second World War in France. His research interests focus on the relationships between childhood, youth and public policies in authoritarian governments, in Brazil and France, throughout the 20th century, from the perspective of the History of the Present Time. She is currently developing a doctoral research on the narratives and trajectories of delinquent boys and girls in France, between the years 1940-1950, and their relationship with World War II, the Nazi occupation of the country and other conflicts of the time.

Mestra em História pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). Graduada em Licenciatura Plena em História pela Universidade de Caxias do Sul (UCS). Faz parte da equipe do projeto « La dissémination de savoirs experts dans le domaine de l'enfance », coordenado pela Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC) e pela a Université Paris 8 (Programme COFECUB). É curadora e editora científica do projeto R-EVE - Réfugier, Enfance, Violence, Exil, para o qual está contribuindo com uma coleção inédita de desenhos e redações sobre a experiência infanto-juvenil da Segunda Guerra Mundial na França. Seus interesses de pesquisa centram-se nas relações entre infância, juventude e políticas públicas em governos autoritários, no Brasil e na França, ao longo do século XX, na perspectiva da História do Tempo Presente. Atualmente, desenvolve uma pesquisa de doutoramento sobre as narrativas e trajetórias de meninos e meninas delinquentes da França, entre os anos 1940-1950, e suas relações com a Segunda Guerra Mundial, a ocupação nazista do país e outros conflitos da época.
