Possui graduação em Licenciatura Em Ciências Biológicas pela Universidade de São Paulo (1986), mestrado em Biologia Vegetal pela Universidade Estadual de Campinas (1991) e doutorado em Biologia Vegetal pela Universidade Estadual de Campinas (1998). É pesquisadora da Embrapa Semiárido, atuando na área de caracterização de Ecossistemas. Tem experiência na área de Ecologia, com ênfase em Ecologia da Polinização, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: biologia floral, sistema de reprodução e fenologia de espécies nativas da caatinga, serviços de polinização em agroecossistemas.
She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences from the University of São Paulo (1986), a Master's Degree in Plant Biology from the State University of Campinas (1991) and a PhD in Plant Biology from the State University of Campinas (1998). She is a researcher at Embrapa Semiarid, working in the characterization of Ecosystems. He has experience in Ecology, with emphasis on Pollination Ecology, working mainly on the following topics: floral biology, reproduction system and phenology of native species of the caatinga, pollination services in agroecosystems. She is currently acting as the Deputy Chief of Innovation and Technology of Embrapa Semiarid.
