Fernando Marques Carvalho
Graduated in Physics from the Federal University of Goiás. He worked in the field of Molecular Biophysics, in the characterization of membrane lipid mobility as a function of temperature with the use of Spin Labels and Electron Paramagnetic Resonance as a scientific initiation project. He completed his master?s degree in Physics from the same university in the field of Materials. He has experience in the synthesis and characterization of multifunctional ceramic composites. Holds a doctorate in theoretical physics in the area of Atomic and Molecular Physics from the University of Brasilia with emphasis on calculations of electronic structure and solution of the nuclear Schrödinger equation as: (1) weak interactions between noble gases and obtaining spectroscopic constants, and rovibrational energies associated with the formation of these complexes; (2) prediction of pharmacokinetic properties such as pKa in drugs and possible applications in drugs, experience in similarity tools such as Virtual Screening; (3) acts in load and energy transfer processes in organic materials and their applications as organic photovoltaic devices. He is currently a temporary professor at the State University of Goiás participating in scientific research with the Atomic and Molecular Physics group at the University of Brasília.
Graduation and Master's Degree in Physics at Federal University of Goiás (UFG) in 2014. Worked in area Molecular Biophysics at the characterization of the mobility of lipids at membrane with the function of temperature with the spin-label and Electronic Paramagnetic Resonance and synthesis and characterization of materials, in particular, multifunctional ceramics composite. Ph.D. Degree at the University of Brasília (UnB) with specific area Atomic and Molecular with emphasis electronic structure like (1) weak interactions between little molecules and noble gases and obtain spectroscopy constants, rovibrational energies associated with formation theses complexes; (2) predictions of properties like pKa in medicines and others molecules. Experience with similarity techniques as Virtual Screening; (3) work at the process of charge and energy transfer in organic materials and application as organic photovoltaics dispositive. Currently, it is a professor at the University of Brasília.
