Graduado em Turismo (UFRN); Especialista em Meio Ambiente e Políticas Públicas (UFRN); Mestre em Geografia (UFRN); e Doutor em Ciências Sociais (UFRN). É Professor do Curso de Turismo da Faculdade de Engenharia, Letras e Ciências Sociais do Seridó (FELCS / UFRN), e Professor Colaborador do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Turismo (PPGTUR - UFRN). Atua como consultor nas áreas de Turismo, Hospitalidade e Lazer. É líder do Grupo de Pesquisa Turismo, Sociedade e Território (UFRN/CNPq) e coordenador do Laboratório de Pesquisas e Estudos Turísticos da UFRN (LAPET). É integrante do Banco de Avaliadores do Sistema Nacional de Avaliação da Educação Superior (BASis) do INEP/MEC, e membro do Comitê Científico do Seridó Geoparque Mundial da Unesco.
Graduated in Tourism (UFRN); Specialist in Environment and Public Policies (UFRN); Master in Geography (UFRN); and PhD in Social Sciences (UFRN). He is Adjunct Professor IV of the Tourism Course and Deputy Director of the Faculty of Engineering, Literature and Social Sciences of Seridó (FELCS / UFRN), and Collaborating Professor of the Postgraduate Program in Tourism (PPGTUR - UFRN). He acts as a consultant in the areas of Tourism, Hospitality and Leisure. He is leader of the Research Group "Tourism, Society Territory" (UFRN/CNPq) and coordinator of the Laboratory of Research and Tourism Studies at UFRN (LAPET). He is a member of the Bank of Assessors of the National Higher Education Assessment System (BASis) of INEP/MEC, and member of the Scientific Committee of the Unesco World Geopark Seridó.
