Rosana Pauluci - Graduada em Matemática, concluiu o doutorado em Inteligência estratégica pela Universidade de Toulon, França. A tese teve como foco a gestão estratégica e prospectiva da inovação (CTI) para o governo federal brasileiro. Obteve grau de mestre em investigação tecnológica e inteligência competitiva na mesma instituição, tendo como trabalho prospectiva tecnológica em setores industriais. Como formação complementar: Especialização em Inteligência Competitiva (UFRJ); MBA em Marketing (FGV), Especialização em Análise de Sistemas (ENAP-Escola de Governo) e Extensão em Matemática Aplicada (UniCeub)Atuação: criação de novos negócios de TI para o governo e sociedade, arquitetura corporativa, tratamento de informações estratégicas para o governo; realização de estudos prospectivos em áreas estratégicas de governo e indústria; gestão do conhecimento (principalmente, tratamento de informações estratégicas para a tomada de decisão). Rosana Pauluci - Graduated in mathematics, she earned a Ph.D. in Strategic Intelligence from the University of Toulon, France. The thesis focused on the strategic management of innovation, considering the "triple helix" of actors (government, private sector and academia). He earned a master's degree in technological research and competitive intelligence in the same institution and work as applied to competitive intelligence industries, where the construction. Additional training specialization in systems analysis, mba marketing, extension in pure and applied mathematics. Its performance has been effective in the area of methodological development of prospective studies in strategic areas of the federal government and productive sectors. Another focus is the design and development of information systems, especially in competitive intelligence, and the development of specific studies on mental maps (mindmaping), social networks and tic.
